Generally, in cases of inclement weather, we are able to fly around the problem area. If this is not the case, we may need to delay our flight time by around half an hour. In case of extreme weather when the FAA restricts our ability to fly, we will reschedule based on your needs.
Clients who cancel 8 days prior to their fly date will receive a 100% refund on the price of their ticket. If a client cancels 3-7 days prior to takeoff, we offer a 50% refund. For client cancellations within 72 hours of flight time, we provide a 25% refund. In cases of no-show for a flight, there is no refund available.
