Everything was simple from start to finish. Straightforward booking process, easy to locate at Ft Lauderdale Executive Airport, and an enjoyable flight experience. After we landed in Nassau, the pilot stayed behind until all passengers had been processed by immigration and the Ministry of Health: he didn’t *have* to do this, but wanted to ensure that all of us had no issues. This kind of attention-to-detail and customer service is above-and-beyond.
