At Tropix Air Ltd, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. Here's what you can expect regarding weather-related delays and cancellations:

    Weather Delays

    In most cases of inclement weather, we can adjust our route to avoid problem areas. If this isn't possible, flights may be delayed by approximately 30 minutes. In the event of extreme weather conditions that restrict flights as per FAA regulations, we will work with you to reschedule based on your preferences.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy for cancellations is as follows:

  • 8+ Days Before Flight: Receive a full refund (100% of your ticket price).
  • 3–7 Days Before Flight: Receive a 50% refund.
  • Within 72hrs of Flight: Receive a 25% refund.
  • No-Show: Unfortunately, no refunds are available.
