How To Ship With Us
Here’s an idea of how our process works: Purchasing the goods – Once you’ve purchased your goods, simply enter the information into the “Shipping Information” category: (Your Name) C/O Tropix Express 5610 NW 12th Avenue Suite 203 Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309 Receiving Before the estimated delivery date, we ask that you provide us with an invoice in the event it’s received without one. Once we receive the invoice, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to let you know that we’ve received the shipment. With all the necessary documents needed, the shipment is then placed on the next available flight. Drop Off For items that you or a friend will deliver to our location, please make sure that they arrive prior to 2:00 Monday – Friday. This will ensure that your items are promptly added to the system and increases the chances of your item making the flight for that day. Processing This being a next day process, once we’ve processed the shipment, we’ll give you a call on one of the numbers you’ve provided to advise you that your shipment is ready for pickup/delivery.
